Prosecution has succeeded to prove case against accused beyond the shadow of doubt, therefore, accused Javed Hussain alias Asif S/o Nandhu Khan Bhayo u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C for the offence of Qatl-i-Amd of Mst Jannat khatoon, d/o Haji Chaker Khan, on the pretext of honor-killing/Karap under section 302(b) PPC read with section 311 PPC, so for quantum of sentence is concern, accused is awarded life imprisonment as Tazir u/s 302 (b) PPC. Beside compensation u/s 544-A Cr.P.C to legal heir of deceased Mst Jannat Khatoon D/o Haji Chaker Khan Bhyao to the tune of Rs:10,00,000/- (Ten lacs).
