Judgment passed and announced in open Court at Ex.10 that accused Ghulam Abbas son of Muhammad Bachal Menik is hereby convicted under Section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C. for committing an offence punishable under Section 9(i)(3)(c) of the Sindh Control of Narcotics (Amended) Act, 2024, and is sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of Ten (10) Years along with a fine of Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Thousand Only); in default of payment of the said fine, the accused shall further undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of Two (02) Months. The benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C. is also extended to the accused in respect of the period already undergone by him in custody.
