The alleged detainee 1.Atiqa, 2.Khadija, 3.Shah Nawaz and 4.Mariam are produced by the SHO concerned alongwith his report. Order on it. The detainees Atiqa, Khadija and Mariam categorically staed that they are not living happily with their father and do not wish to return to his house under any circumstances, voluntarily requesting to reside with their mother, the applicant Asima Khaton. The applicant Asima Khatoon and respondent No.3 Ahmed Ali, both present in the Court, expressed their willingness to take custody of the respective detainees as per their expressed wishes.
