Accused Altaf, Irshad, Mian Bux, Muhammad Uris, Allah Warayo @ Wadho appeared voluntarily and submitted excuse Application jointly, for their absence on date of hearing viz 06.7.2026, except accused Allah Wadhayo, who submitted separate Application stating that he has been released by Jail Authorities after grant of bail by this court, so also excuse for absence on date of hearing. Order passed on both applications. Case is already fixed on 11.7.2026.
