Moreover, the above named accused persons were also charged by this court for the commission of offences punishable U/s 504 PPC but such charges were not proved against them so they are acquitted from such charges. The case stands disposed off accordingly. Let the copy of judgment be supplied to accused persons free of cost in compliance of section 371 Cr.P.C. |
