Accused Safdar @ Sitroo S/o Deedar Ali Chandio, Ghaffar S/o Sikandar Chandio are present in custody produced by District Prison SBA while accused persons namely Nizam Ali son of Shahmeer Ali Chandio and Buxshal son of Kareem Dad Chandio are present on bail. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Complainant is present, his evidence recorded who exenorated the accused persons so also filed an application wherein he stated that he does not want to proceed case further. Considering the evidence as well as application filed by the complainant, the accused persons are acquitted under Section 249-A Cr.PC. Let the acquittal intimation be issued for the accused persons who are confined at Central Prison Hyderabad and District Prison SBA while acccused who are present on bail, their bail bonds stands cancelled and sureties are discharged.
