The accused Zameer @ Zamoon by caste Bozdar is hereby convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C The accused namely Zameer @ Zamoon by caste Bozdar is hereby convicted for committing an offence u/s 300 PPC and hereby punished under Section 302 (b) PPC as Tazir and sentenced him to undergo for life imprisonment (R.I). Accused is also directed to pay compensation of Rs. 100000/- to the legal heirs of deceased Ghulam Shabir under Section 544-A Cr.P.C. Such compensation shall be recoverable as arrears of land Revenue. In case of default of such compensation, he shall further suffer simple imprisonment for one year. The accused Zameer @ Zamoon is also entitled to benefit of Section 382-B Cr.PC. In that case, the period undergone by him as under trial prisoner shall be adjusted towards substantive sentence now imposed upon him. Accused Zameer @ Zamoon by caste Bozdar is produced in open Court in custody by jail authority through video link and he is remanded to jail with directions to jail superintendent to receive his custody to serve out sentence awarded to him according with Law. Let Conviction warrant and slip sent to Superintendent Central Prison Bhawalpur Punjab through WhatsApp. The copy of judgment be supplied to accused on frees of cost through WhatsApp. While the case against the remaining absconding accused person namely is kept on dormant file till their arrest/appearance before the Court of law.
