It appears from the record that accused Nawazo @ Ali Nawaz, Moula Bux @ Bagro, and Shahlo @ Shahnawaz were acquitted by the learned Anti-Terrorism Court, Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo, vide judgment dated 03.07.2019. Subsequently, accused Allah Dad @ Dad, Zulfiqar @ Zuloo, Rahzan, and Ajmal were also acquitted vide judgment dated 01.07.2020. Accused Misri and Makkhan were shown as dead accused in the judgment, whereas the case against the remaining accused was kept on the dormant file. Subsequently, the case against the present accused, namely Ali Bux @ Ali, Sajjan @ Sahjan, Hasib, and Muhammad Ibrahim, was reopened, and they are presently confined in District Prison, Ghotki, as per the slip received from the jail authorities.
