Bail application under Section 497, Cr.P.C., filed on behalf of the accused, Mohammad Nawaz and Mohammad Attal, is called. Mr. Syed Abu Bakar Shah Rashadi, learned counsel for the applicants/accused, and the learned DDPP for the State are present. The complainant and his learned counsel, Mr. Anwar Ali Lohar, are called absent.
