Such conduct, behaviour and negligence on the part of the SHO/Malkhana in-charge prima facie shows intentional and willful disobedience of the lawful directions of this Court for the reasons best known to them. Therefore, show cause notice is issued to the SHO, P.S. Pano Akil and the concerned Malkhana In-charge under section 174 Cr.P.C, section 175 C.P.C and other relevant provisions of law, calling upon them to explain as to why appropriate legal action should not be taken against them. Moreover complainant ASI Azhar Ali and mashir PC Yasir are present. Whereas PW PC Sohail Ahmed and I.O./SIP Peer Bux, who were already bound down on the last date of hearing, have failed to appear for recording of prosecution evidence, which also amounts to willful disregard of the orders of this Court.
