That as per plaint the marriage was taken place about 8 years ago and plaintiff was diven out by defendant in November 2025 and in my view articles at S.No:3,4,5,6,7,11,12,15 to 17 may be used in such period, hence plaintiff is not entitled to receive such articles however plaintiff is entitled to receive rest of dowry aricles as per list attached. The certified copy of decree be sent to the chairman concerned Union Council in compliance of section 21 sub-section (2) of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and upon receipt of such copy the Chairman shall proceed as if he had received an intimation of Talaq required to be given under Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1961.Office is directed to prepare a decree. court is lying vacant.
