In that regard, section 337-Y(1)C r.P.C, further demonstrates that expenditure incurred against treatment, anguish faced and loss of functioning power of the organ be kept in mind while fixing the amount. So, observing the circumstances, ?? ??Asif Ali is convicted for the commission of offences and sentenced him as following under sections 337A(i) PPC, to two (02) years rigorous imprisonment as ta???zir, under section 337F(i)PPC, to one (01) year rigorous imprisonment as ta???zir; and under section 337L(ii)PPC, to three(03) months and further liable to pay Daman of Rs.5,000/- for causing each injury to be paid to injured namely Sajid Ali as compensation for the expenses borne by him on his treatment or in default in payment of daman, accused will be dealt with in a manner prescribed by section 337-Y(ii)PPC. ?? Nisar Ahmed is convicted for the commission offences and sentenced him as following under sections 337A(i)PPC, to two (02) years rigorous imprisonment as ta???zir & under section 337F(i)PPC, to one(01) year rigorous imprisonment as ta???zir; and further liable to pay Daman of Rs.5,000/- for causing each injury to be paid to injured namely Mai. All the accused facing trial are also convicted for commission of offence and sentenced them as following under section 452 PPC, to three years and fine amount of Rs.3000/-( three thousand) each in case of non-payment of fine amount accused shall remain in custody for one month more as simple imprisonment. ?? All accused are also convicted for commission of offences and sentenced them as following under sections 147,148,149 PPC, fine amount of Rs.1000/-(one thousand )for each offence each accused, ??in case of non-payment of fine amount accused shall remain in custody for one month more as simple imprisonment. Conviction awarded to the convicted accused shall run concurrently. All accused are present on bail, they are taken into custody and are remanded in Central Prison and Correctional Facility Center, Sukkur, through ??incharge District Prison & Correctional Facility Ghotki, in order to serve out the sentences awarded to them, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties are discharged.
