Judgment passed and announced in open court, the accused Ali Muhammad Jiskani is convicted under section 265-H(ii)Cr.P.C and sentenced to death under section 302(b) PPC. He shall be hanged by the neck until he is dead, subject to confirmation of the sentence by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Karachi in accordance with law. The accused is presently in judicial custody having been produced from District prison Thatta. He is remanded back to prison to serve out the sentence awarded to him, subject to confirmation proceedings.
