Apparently, she was not feeling well as such Doctor namely Osama Rajput was called from nearest Hospital and he has examined the lady and given first aid then matter was called but on second time again she was shivering and appears that she is under serious threats from either party (Parent or husband) and it is not possible to record her independent statement as such to make possible for her independent statement, the SHO PS A.Section Ghotki, is directed to keep her in safe custody in safe house with all facilities including treatment through lady doctor and SHO is further directed not to allow anybody from either side (parents or husband) to meet with her and he is also directed to accompany lady police constable all the times with directions to produce detainee on 06.02.2026 along with medical report. The administration of safe house is directed to facilitate SHO PS A.Section Ghotki.

Cr. Misc: Application called. In compliance of directions of this court ASI Sadhayo Khan of PS Daharki along with lady police constable Afshan B.No. 4609, produced the detainee Mst Nadia from safe house Mirpur Mathelo, she is examined on oath. From the statement of alleged detainee, she made serious allegation against her husband that he is keeping her in improper custody, she wants to go with her mother (applicant), she appears sui juris, set at liberty to go where ever she desires. However to protect her life and liberty, her mother is directed to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- with condition that she will allow detainee to meet with her husband as and when she desired. By the above reasons the petition in hand stands disposed off. Applicant/mother of detainee Mst Nadida furnished P.R bond in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lac) and same has been taken on record. Let office is directed to consign the R&Ps to record after completion of usual formalities.
