Order passed and announced in open court, The application u/s 265-K Cr.P.C is allowed and present accused Nooral @ Noorali is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.P.C. he is produced in custody, sent back to Jail along with acquittal intimation. However case against remaining accused Zaman is already kept on dormant file till his arrest or voluntary surrendered before this court. Let the R&Ps be consigned to record.
