Matter has recently been transferred from the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge-III, Mirpurkhas, on administrative grounds pursuant to the order passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Mirpurkhas, for its expeditious and meritorious disposal in accordance with law. Today, the matter is fixed for plaintiff???s evidence. Matter was called in the morning, but none appeared on behalf of either side; therefore, the matter was kept aside.
