Applicant is also appointed as guardian of property of above minors and is granted permission to sell the share of minors in Plot No. 27 admeasuring 8346 square yards situated at Khatri Mohalla, Deh Diplo, Taluka Diplo, District Tharparkar, and to utilize the sale proceeds for purchasing a residential plot for the minors at Hyderabad under Section 25/29 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890. To safeguard the interest of minors, applicant shall execute a personal bond of Rs. 16,69,200/- (Sixteen Lacs Seventy Nine Thousand Two Hundred Rupees) and shall submit account of sale proceeds and purchase of new property before this Court within 03 months. This judgment shall not be valid for transfer, mortgage, or creating any third party interest over property of minors except as permitted above. No order as to costs.
