Case called. All accused are present on bail. ADPP for State is absent, but Naib Court is present. Mr. Perma Nand learned counsel for complainant is present. Mr. Bhooro Mal learned counsel for accused persons is absent. Judgment passed at Exh.19 and announced in open Court. As per Judgment, In view of above all discussion prosecution has successfully proved point No.01, against accused each one (1) Shahnawaz S/o Rahib and Rahib S/o Allah Dino both by caste Soomro, they are hereby convicted U/s 245(ii) for the charges of sections 337-A(i) & 337-L(ii) PPC as under. Accused Shahnawaz S/o Rahib Soomro is hereby convicted for offence/injury No: 01 caused to injured Mst Hajran, U/S Shajah-e-Khafifah 337-A(i) PPC, with direction to pay amount of Daman worth of Rs-100,000/,(One Lac Rupees) to injured Mst: Hajran. Accused Rahib S/o Allah Dino Soomro is hereby convicted for offence/injury No: 02 as per medical certificate, caused to injured Mst: Hajran, U/S other hurts 337-Lii PPC, with direction to pay amount of Daman worth of Rs-50000/, (Fifty thousand Rupees) to injured Mst: Harjran. Both accused shall pay aforesaid amount of Daman on or before 04th October 2026, till that convicted both accused persons shall remain on bail against already submitted surety bonds. Further prosecution remain failure to prove point No: 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 & 07 against above named all accused persons beyond reasonable doubt, therefore all accused are acquitted U/s, 245(i) Cr.P.C from the charges of sections 354, 452, 504, 506(ii), 114, 148, 149 PPC, hence surety submitted on behalf of only accused Nale Chango S/o Hameer, Muhammad Siddique S/o Hashim, Ali Zaman S/o Bhoonger, Altaf Hussain S/o Bhoonger, Ali Nawz S/o Porho Soomro and Hyder S/o Porho, all by caste Soomro are hereby discharge. Let the copy of this judgment be supplied to both convicted accused on free of cost.
