Private opponents have further stated that applicant has neither been harassed nor intend to do in future. Learned counsel for the applicant is satisfied with the statement made by private opponents and prayed for disposal of application. Since the private opponents have undertaken that applicant has neither been harassed nor they intend to do so, therefore very purpose of filling present application stands served. With these observations, application in hand stands disposed of. However, this order shall not be exploited rather the official respondents shall act strictly in accordance within their functions and duties. It is further clarified that, this order shall not be influenced upon any litigation/proceedings already pending between the parties before competent forum having jurisdiction. Office is directed to send the copy of this order to SSP Tharparkar @ Mithi for information and compliance under intimation to this Court.
