Order passed on separate sheet at Ex-15 and announced in open court whereby the succession application is allowed as prayed, The Succession certificate be issued to the applicant subject to furnishing two P.R bonds of the equivalent amount, one by the applicant herself and another by any local/ notable person of her community/locality. After receiving the said amount from the aforementioned banks, the share of all the legal heirs of the deceased be divided/ apportioned and delivered to them as ordained under the Mohammaden Law of Inheritance. So far the share of minor opponents No.3 to 5 is concerned, their guardian ad-litem, shall invest their share in their names individually in the Special Saving Certificate(s) in presence of applicant so also Accountant of this court. The guardian ad-litem shall deliver the Special Savings Certificate to the applicant, who is their real mother, and she shall keep it in her safe custody till they (minors) attain the age of majority and after obtaining the profit on the share of minors on their Special Savings Certificate(s), she shall utilize/spend it on the welfare of minor opponents No.3 to 5 only. She shall file a proper receipt to prove that they shared the amount within thirty days of receiving the amount.
