Heard the advocate for applicant while the advocate for opponent No.1 is called absent, who disappeared after filing Vakalatnama. Even any of his associates or junior is not in attendance, who have singed on the Vakalatnama. I have also heard ADPP for the State and perused the record. Since as per police report, there is dispute between both the parties over SEF School and prior to this, opponent Nawaz Ali had moved an application against present applicant and one Nisar Ahmed which is pending adjudication in the court of Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nangarparkar, whereby there is apprehension of breach of peace. However, it is duty of the State to provide protection to every citizen, his family & property, in the circumstances, the SHO concerned is directed to keep peace & tranquility in the locality by restraining both the parties from any illegal act or illegally harassing each other and provide protection as per law to both the parties as and when required and either of the patty approaches to SHO/P.S.
