At the request of both parties bailiff has been appointed to collect available dowry articles of D.H from the house of J.D and hand over the same to D.H. Bailiff has collected the dowry articles in presence of mashirs which have been handed over to D.H under a receipt. For remaining dowry articles parties amicable settled an amount of Rs. 45,000/-. Till date the maintenance amount of plaintiff is Rs. 35,000/- and maintenance of minor baby has reached to Rs. 187,000/- whereas the delivery expenses were ordered to be Rs. 20,000/- which makes a total of Rs. 287,000/-, out of which on 14.04.2026 J.D has paid Rs. 10,000/- and there remain Rs. 277,000/- outstanding against him. After hearing of parties and their advocates, they have consented that the J.D will pay Rs. 5,500/- per month as future maintenance has already decided and additionally Rs. 15,000/- from the arrears on every second Friday of English calendar. Moreover parties agreed that D.H will bring baby for meeting with J.D in the court premises and he shall pay RS. 1000/- for cost of traveling. Matter adjourned to 25.05.2026
