Case is called, Accused is absconder. After recording statements of process servers and perusal material, it is clearly transpiring that there is no chance of arresting of absconding accused in present case in a near future, as he has been absconded away towards unknown place and there is no knowledge to police about accused and his whereabouts. He also does not possess any moveable or immovable property; therefore, accused is declared as proclaimed offender in this case, his case be kept on Dormant File till his will arrest by the Police. Let such intimation be made to concerned Police Station. Office is directed to issue perpetual NBW against the above named absconder accused and report be called from concerned SHO on fortnightly basis
