R & P of instant case received to this Court by the order???s of Honourable District & Sessions Judge Karachi Central. From perusal of diary sheet it appears that since long accused person remained absent and warrants were issued and since then instant matter one or the other reason adjourned for same purpose, if the same practice is continued then no fruitful result will be served, hence his bail stands cancelled and surety forfeited.
