He further disclosed that the office of the Nazir has refused to execute the Decree on the objection that the writ of possession is necessary from the Court. From the perusal of the File it found that there is no recommendation/objection/suggestion from the Nazir's office. To any hindrance by the Nazir's office, if may that Nazir is directed to object/recommend in written form as may easy to execute the Decree. This decree is the old one of this Court. Hence in the interest of justice matter is adj. to 03-10-2025 for compliance. Concerned clerk is directed to send the R&Ps to the Nazir branch for compliance.
