The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Gulzar Ahmed Brohi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused Aamir Ali, Imran Ali, Wajid Ali all three sons of Sikander Ali Seelro, Ghulam Ali S/o Bakhshal Khan, in Crime No.51/2026 of PS Behram for offence 506/2, 452, 114, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 04.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused have not furnish their required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
