The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused Imran Ali @ Imran Hussain S/o Noor Hussain & Aijaz @ Aijz Hussain son of Noor Hussain both by Caste Kapter, in Crime No.17/2026 of PS Mahi Makool for offence 353, 324, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 03.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused have not furnish their required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
