Order passed on separate order sheet. the Nazir of this Court is appointed as Commissioner to conduct the inspection as to whether the basic amenities i.e. electricity and water is being provided by the defendant No.1/Builder to the allottees. Nazir is directed to conduct the inspection in presence of both parties and also record statements of the allottees who are not the plaintiffs in this suit. Nazir is further directed to submit report alongwith pictures and also submit report as to whether the basic infrastructure i.e. Sewerage Line and main Roads have been constructed by the defendant No.1/Builder in the project.
