The Honourablbe PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ali Akbar alias Janu S/o Ghulam Shabir Tunio in Crime No.61/2026 of PS Waggan for offence 376(2), 34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Rupees three lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 24.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
