Case called. Accused Jahanzaib @ Manoo is present on bail. Accused Adil S/o Allah Dino Dayo is produced through Video Link from Sir C.J. Institute of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Hyderabad. A medical report, forwarded by the Medical Superintendent vide Office Letter No. I.P./HYD/1559 dated 16.06.2026, has been received from Sir C.J. Institute of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Hyderabad, along with the psychiatric assessment of accused Adil S/o Allah Dino Dayo. The report states that the accused has shown significant clinical improvement and is presently considered sufficiently recovered from his illness. It further certifies that he is capable of understanding the nature of the judicial proceedings and is competent to participate in his legal defence, while recommending continuation of prescribed treatment and regular follow-up through the Outpatient Department (OPD). The accused was also interacted with through Video Link. His demeanor, responses, and overall conduct appeared normal, and nothing was observed which would presently indicate that he remains incapable of understanding the proceedings before the Court. Since the accused has now regained the capacity to understand the proceedings and make his defence, the disability which earlier attracted the provisions of Sections 464 and 466 Cr.P.C. no longer subsists. Consequently, the proceedings against accused Adil S/o Allah Dino Dayo are hereby revived. The Part-B file pertaining to the said accused is ordered to be merged with the main case file. Necessary letters be issued to the Medical Superintendent, Sir C.J. Institute of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Hyderabad, directing release of the accused and his transfer to Central Prison, Hyderabad through concerned police, and to the Superintendent, Central Prison, Hyderabad, directing him to receive the accused in safe custody, ensure continuation of his prescribed treatment in accordance with the medical advice, and produce him before this Court through Video Link on 11.07.2026. Copies of the order be dispatched forthwith to the concerned authorities for strict compliance.
