The R & Ps of Sessions Case No.98/2026 St.Vs. Imitaz @ Umed Ali Jatoi and others for an offence u/s: 302,324,337-H(ii),148,149-PPC, in police crime No.84/2025 of P.S Sijawal alongwith original police papers received from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kamber- Shahdadkot @ Kamber by way of transfer for its disposal according to National Judicial Policy Making Committee (NJPMC) and as per law, vide letter/order No.SC/- 3162 dated 06.03.2026 The case is already fixed today on. Sessions Case called. Accused Imtiaz @ Umed Ali, Muhammad Bux, Eidan, Sallah, Raja, Rabeel and Muhammad Ali @ Ayaz all by caste Jaoti have already been declared as proclaimed offenders, while accused Sudheer @ Fida Hussain has been murdered during the place of incident. Learned ADPP is present. From the perusal of record it appears that accused Sudheer @ Fida Hussain has been murder during the place of incident, therefore his death report been called from concerned SHO P.S. Put off to 21.04.2026 for submission of death report. Issue letter for SHO P.S Sijawal to conduct the spot inq1uiry and submit such death report alongwith death certificate and Post mortem report Issue summons for witnesses and letter for case property. |
