In default thereof, he shall suffer simple imprisonment for six months.Accused Miandad S/o Ghulam Muhammad Chandio is also convicted U/S.265-H(2) Cr.P.C and sentenced for offence punishable U/S.452 PPC r/w section 149 PPC, to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for five (05) years and fine of Rs.50,000/-.
