Post arrest bail application called. Today the bail application of applicant/accused Arshad Khoso is fixed for arguments. Learned ADPP for the state and learned DC are present. Police papers received from concerned P.S by the ADPP office. Heard arguments. Notice issued upon complainant same is returned unserved. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court, such order passed on separate sheet, taken on record, whereby the instant post arrest Bail application of applicant/accused Arshad s/o Bahadur by caste Khoso is hereby granted subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. One Razia Begum w/o Bahadur by caste Khoso appeared and submitted affidavit alongwith five original Special saving Certificates of total amounting Rs.50000/- he wants to stand surety for applicant/accused Arshad Khoso. Order on affidavit of surety. Order on affidavit of surety. On S.A before me. Surety in the sum of Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) is accepted provisionally, subject to verification. Issue such release writ for applicant/accused Arshad Khoso and letter to concerned authority for verification and mortgage the surety document.
