Suit is called. as per record on 17.02.2026, the subject Civil Suit 9736 of 2025 was received to this Court from the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge-XII, Karachi, East in compliance of order dated 01.12.2025, passed in Civil Transfer Application No.138 of 2025 by the Hon'ble District & Sessions Judge, Karachi, East on the ground that another connected matter Civil Suit No.134 of 2024 was pending before this Court, but in meanwhile such Civil Suit No.134 of 2024 was withdrawn and transferred to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge-V, Karachi, East on administrative ground vide order dated 17.01.2026 of Honble District Judge Karachi East. The learned counsel for plainitff is present and made reqeusted that the reference may be made to the hon'ble District Judge, karachi East.
