This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sahab Khan Tunio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Dino son of Muhammad Sallah, 02-Baxal son of Muhammad Sallah both by caste Jatoi in Crime No.29/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence 489-F,506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 23.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Ali Dino Jatoi has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Buxal Jatoi has failed to funish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
