Minor Muhammad Hussain produced by Mst Parveen and Ghulam Hussain grandparents of minor. Heard and perused. Order passed and announced in open Court. The instant application is allowed and custody of minor Muhammad Hussain is handed over to applicant lady and shall not take out minor boy outside from the jurisdiction of this Court. Such PR bond be obtained from applicant lady with further directions to keep minor under proper, safe custody and health and to produce minor boy before this Court as and when directed by this Court. The applicant in hand stands disposed of accordingly. The required PR bond has been furnished by the applicant, which is placed on record. |
