Bail Application called. Mr. Shahid Hussain Sahito, Advocate, is present on behalf of the applicants/accused, namely Sher Dil and Younis. Learned ADPP for the State is present. The complainant and his counsel, Mr. Nisar Ahmed Chandio, Advocate, are also present. Arguments of the learned counsel for the accused and learned ADPP for the State have already been heard. Today, arguments of the learned counsel for the complainant were heard. He also filed a statement along with supporting documents, which are taken on record and placed in the file. Order passed on a separate sheet and pronounced in open Court. Bail is granted to the accused persons subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each, along with a P.R. bond in the like amount. Meanwhile, one surety, Rab Nawaz Mallah S/o Ali Nawaz Mallah, appeared and submitted surety papers, namely six (06) Defence Saving Certificates bearing Nos. HG-688885 to HG-688890, each valued at Rs. 10,000/-, totaling Rs. 60,000/-. He stood surety on behalf of accused Sher Dil S/o Lal Muhammad and Younis S/o Khair Muhammad. Order passed thereon. Provisional surety accepted subject to verification. Issue verification letter and release writ accordingly. |
