The R & Ps of Sessions Case No.97/2026 St.Vs. Muhammad Sallah Jatoi and others for an offence u/s: 302,324,148,149-PPC, in police crime No.83/2025 of P.S Sijawal alongwith original police papers received from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kamber- Shahdadkot @ Kamber by way of transfer for its disposal according to National Judicial Policy Making Committee (NJPMC) and as per law, vide letter/order No.SC/- 3162 dated 06.03.2026 The case is already fixed today on.
