The accused was reported to have been shifted to Hyderabad on the ground that he was creating law and order situation, his behavior was not proper with the jail officers and was found to be unbecoming. However later on accused submitted application before this court undertaking that he will mend his ways and would not create any untoward situation at Dadu and requested that his custody may be shifted from Hyderabad to DADU. Accordingly comments were called from Superintendent District Jail Dadu who has strongly not recommended for his shifting. I have heard UTP In person who has disclosed that he will not create any untoward situation in jail and live peacefully there, accordingly he is directed to be shifted to District Jail Dadu under intimation to both jail authorities so that his trial may be completed at earliest.
