This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sajjan @ Sajjan Ali son of Ali Bakhsh, 02-Nadir @ Nadir Ali son of Sajjan Ali, 03-Fida Hussain son of Soomar Khan, 04-Anwar @ Anwar Ali son of Azmat all by caste Lanjwani in Crime No.136/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence 114,354-A,337-Ai,Fi,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
