Case Called. Accused Ghulam Sarwar, Ali Anwar, M. Bux, Gulzar and Gulsher are produced from District Jail Dadu. ADPP for state is present. Accused Muhammad Bux is convicted U/S 265-H (ii), Cr.P.C for commission of offence U/S.302 (b), PPC thus convicted U/S 302 (b) PPC and sentenced to death in terms of section 265-(ii) Cr.P.C he shall be hanged by his neck till his death subject to confirmation of death sentence by the Honourable High Court of Sindh. He is also directed to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Five lac) compensation to the legal heirs of deceased Nazeer Ahmed in term of section 544-A, Cr.P.C and in failure thereof he shall suffer six (10) months S.I more. And accused Sarwar and Gulsher are also convicted for commission of offence u/s.337-F(iii) PPC and are sentenced to suffer R.I for three years each and to pay Daman of Rs:3000/-each to injured Sawera and incase of default they shall suffer S.I for one month more. All accused shall be entitled for benefit of section 382-B, Cr.P.C. All sentences awarded to the accused persons shall run concurrently.
