Case called. Accused Zahid Hussain and Fayyaz Hussain are produced under custody from District Prison Dadu, while accused Haji Akhtiar Janwari , Bilawal Janwari and Majid Janwari are absconders and declared as P.O. Learned ADPP for the State is present. Mr.Riaz Hussain Dero advocate is present and filed vakalatnama on behalf of both accused. Charge framed against accused at Exh.No.5. Plea of guilt recorded at Exh.No.5/A and Exh.No.5/B respectively, to which accused pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial. Case is adjourned to 10.12.2025 for evidence. Issue summons to PWs. Both accused are sent back to same prison with directions to produce them on next date of hearing. |
