This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muzaffar Ali Khokhar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Rajib Ali son of Noor Muhammad by caste Brohi in Crime No.133/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence 489-F PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 20.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
