Accused Abdul Hameed and Muhammad Saleem are convicted under Section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C for offence punishable Section 302(b), 34 PPC as Tqazir and sentence them to imprisonment for life for the commission of murder of the deceased Nirma. Both accused are also directed to pay fine amount of Rs. 100,000/- (rupees one lac) each; as compensation to the legal heirs of deceased in term of Section 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of default of payment of fine as compensation, the accsued persons shall suffer further S.I for six months more. Accused Abdul Hameed and Muhammad Saleem are present on bail. Their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties discharged. Both accused are taken into custody and remanded to Jail along with conviction slip and warrant to serve out their sentences awareded to them. Benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to accused persons. Copy of Judgement is supplied to accused free of cost as required by the Section 371 Cr.P.C vide receipt at Ex.18. Criminal Clerk of this Court is directed to consign the R & Ps to the Record Room Sessions Court, immediately. |
