Sessions Case No.96/2023 is called. From perusal of record; it shows that offshoot case of instant case, bearing No.96-A/2023 u/s 23(i)(a) Sindh Arms Act called Crime No.177/2023 is already kept on dormant file by the Court of Honourable ATC Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot vide order dated 16.02.2026. Accused Iqrar Ali Jakhrani is present on bail, accused Ghulam Abbas Menik being on bail in this case is produced in custody by jail authority Central Prison Sukkur, who is confined in the jail in some other case/crime. While accused Asadullah @ Rano jumped the bail and already declared as P.O. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, learned ADPP for the State is present. M/s.Niaz Ahmed Pathan and Aijaz Ahmed Bangwar, learned defense counsels are present. No P.W is present. From perusal of record it shows that bail bond of surety of accused Asadullah @ Rano namely Ghulam Rasool Malik already forfeited by Honourable ATC Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot in both cases, bearing Crime Nos.176/2023 & 177/2023 of PS A/Section Kandhkot, vide order dated 16.02.2026 by directing the surety to pay the required surety amount within period of one month, but he has failed to pay the same, therefore, in the light of above said order, the surety amount of surety Ghulam Rasool Malik in above both cases be en-cashed from concerned bank/branch and deposited the same in the relevant head of account as per law. Charge against the present both accused amended at Ext20, their pleas were also recorded at Ext.20/A & 20/B respectively, to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial. Case put off to.11.08.2026, for evidence. Present accused is directed to attend on the date of hearing. Accused Ghulam Abbas is remanded back to concerned J/A with directions to be produced him on the date of hearing, through online video link. Issue summons against complainant and all the P.Ws, so also call for case property.
