This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hullio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Fida Hussain son of Faiz Muhammad by caste Mastoi in Crime No.30/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence 324,114,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 23.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
