Today, the titled suit is fixed for hearing upon the applications under Order XIV Rule 5 and Order VI Rule 17, C.P.C., filed by the Plaintiff side, as well as for framing of amended issues. The suit, being an old case of 2017, was transferred to this Court by the Worthy District Judge for expeditious disposal, this Court being designated as a Civil Model Court.
