From the perusal of record it revelers that accused Zubair s/o Gul Hassan Brohi is in tender age and his report regarding the age determination has been already received from Chairman Medical Superintendent CMC Hospital Larkana and this case is comes within the ambit of juvenile justice system, therefore, reference be made to the Honourable Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot @ Kamber for transfer of this case to the designated juvenile Court.
