The leading suit was called. Abdul Haque, Plaintiff No.7 in the leading suit and also attorney for the remaining plaintiffs, is present, however, their learned counsel is called absent. Abdul Haleem, attorney for Defendants No.1 to 9 in the leading suit, is present; however, his learned counsel is absent. A Civil Revision against the order dated 03-06-2025, passed by this Court on the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 CPC, is pending before the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Larkana.
