Upon perusal of the record and the adjournment application, it appears that on the last date of hearing, i.e., 13.10.2025, the learned counsel for the plaintiff had also filed an adjournment application, which was allowed by this Court with a clear direction that it would be the last opportunity to produce witnesses for evidence. However, once again, the learned counsel for the plaintiff has sought adjournment. Accordingly, the adjournment application is hereby dismissed, and the plaintiff???s side is closed for producing witnesses.
