This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad KHoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Zaheer @ Zaheere Ahmed, 02-Attaullah both sons of Jagan Bozdar in Crime No.59/2025 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 506/2,427,147,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 15.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
