ASI Hussain Bux P.S Mangli appeared and submitted report alongwith memo he stated that on the pointation of the applicant, he conducted a raid at the house o Fateh Ali but the alleged detainee was not found here. The detainee voluntarily appeared with her husband, Azhar Ali before this Court. Statement of Detainee Mst Sanam Khatoon is recorded. He produced photostate copy of my fee will affidavit and Nikahnama in support of my version. Order passed and announced in open Court.
