Inspector Zulifquar SHO of PS Abad is present. Recovered detainee Hafiz Muhammad Zubair is present. Raid report and report of SHO PS Abad received. Order thereon. File. Heard. Order passed on separate order sheet and announced in open Court. The SHO is directed to pay Rs.25,000/- as compensation to the detainee. Failing which the law shall take its course. The detainee is at liberty and shall not be bothered by the police without any lawful justification. The petitioner or for that matter the detainee are at liberty to initiate any action against SHO on criminal site in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of. The SHO is directed to pay compensation in this Court on or before the next date of hearing. Matter shall now be taken up on 04.2.2026. |
