Case called, accused Manzoor @ Manoo, Malguzar @ Malhoo, Gulzar, Imdad, Raheem @ Ghoro, Kundhar @ Kundho, Waris Ali, Sadam @ Adhar, Hayat and Khuda Bux @ Papoo are absconders and declared as POs while accused Morezado @ Moro shown as died in the challan, DDPP for the state is present. PW PC Lehaque is present, no other PW is present. D/O PW PC Lehaque recorded at Ex.4 and he produced memo of place of incident R&R at Ex.4-A. The DDPP for the state closed the side of prosecution vide statement at Ex.5 with prayer to keep the case on dormant file. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.6 that the case against above named absconding accused be kept on dormant file, till the time they are arrested and produced or surrender before the Court of law. |
