At this stage defendant No.04 stated that revenue entries produced by the plaintiff available at Exh.46/J and 46/K, I would say that both the entries are manipulated, bogus as same are not matching with our record. Further defendant No.04 disclosed that the entry No.41 and 42 produced by the defendant namely Jan Muhammad available as Mark-A and Mark-B, are shown with black ink in our record, however he further say that it is being used to place the entries with the red ink after the allotment of the government but the entries in favour of defendants are directly placed in our record with black ink; the direct entry placed with black in is an incorrect practice. he further produce the attested copy of entry No.41 at Exh.80/D and produce the attested copy of entry No.42 at Exh.80/E. Learned counsel for plaintiff submitted adjournment application at Ex.81. Order passed on it. "This matter is old one matter and shall be disposed off within short period of time."
