This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has submitted by applicant Muhammad Salleh son of Azizullah by caste Tunio in person against SHO PS Waggan and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Khalid Hussain learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Warrah is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Waggan and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 22.05.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
